How can I check the status of my order?
- You will receive a confirmation email/receipt when the order is placed. When the item ships, you will receive a second email notification containing a tracking number.
- If you have not received a shipment notification, you can check status if you chose to register when you placed the order, by logging into your account.
Is there sales tax on my order?
- Sales tax is only charged if you live in Missouri.
How can I calculate shipping charges before I place an order?
- Ground shipping is always free.
- If you need your order fast, add the item to your shopping cart, view the cart and you'll find a place to enter your zip code; click on Get Rates and you'll see all your options.
Does Expressions of Time sell parts for the clocks they sell?
- We do not sell parts. You should contact the manufacturer or a clock repair shop for parts.
Can you tell me the value of a clock I already own?
- No, we are not qualified to provide an assessed value.

Do you ship internationally?
- It depends on the item and the destination. Contact us if you're interested in a specific product. Include your address and the item number of the product you wish to purchase.
Where do your products ship from?
- Our products are located in a number of warehouses around the country.
- Some items ship directly from the manufacturer.
- In addition to filling some orders from our location in St. Louis, MO, we contract with Amazon.com to store our inventory in their warehouses and fulfill orders for those products.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Orders generally ship within 2 business days. Travel time depends on destination and carrier.
What if I don't see what I'm looking for?
- Call us and we'll be happy to assist you find what you're looking for.
- We can sell any item offered by Bulova, Howard Miller, Seth Thomas, Timeworks, Uttermost, Loricron, Movado, Hermle, Seiko, LaCrosse Technology, River City and Infinity Instruments.
- Not all products available from these manufacturers are listed on our website. If you're looking for something specific, call us and we will be happy to see if the item is available.
What if I find the same product you offer for a cheaper price from another online retailer?
- Contact us. If we can match the price we will.
- Most manufacturers have what they call MAP (minimum approved pricing). Unfortunately, it is not always enforced.
- If you find a Howard Miller product at a price lower than that offered by Expressions of Time, you may be buying from an unauthorized internet dealer. Howard Miller's website specifically states all warranties are null and void if product is purchased from an UNAUTHORIZED internet dealer.
What methods of payment do you accept?
- We accept most major credit cards; Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card. We also accept Google Checkout or check.
What do I do if my package is damaged during shipping?
- Unfortunately, damage does happen during transit. You are responsible for inspecting the package. If the box has any damage or if there is any reason for you to be concerned about damage, please note that at the time of delivery or contact the carrier immediately if they have delivered without signature to describe the damage.
- After contacting the carrier, notify us. We will arrange to have a replacement shipped.
- Damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
What if the item I received is defective?
- Contact us within the first 15 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement and return shipping label be sent so there is no cost to you.
- After 15 days, please contact the manufacturer for warranty service.
What do I do if I want to return an item?
Do you charge a restocking fee?
- With the exception of the following, Expressions of Time does not charge a restocking fee.

We do deduct our original cost for shipping and handling if a non-defective item is returned.
