All Timeworks product are guaranteed for two years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. Damages caused by misuse, etc. are not covered under this warranty.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE CLOCK CABINET
LIMITED 2 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE CLOCK MOVEMENT

Bradford clocks are guaranteed to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship as stated above. This warranty starts from the date of purchase from an authorized Bradford Clocks dealer. Bradford Clock's obligation under this guarantee is limited to repair or replacement at Bradford's option, within 30 days after notification and return of the clock to Bradford Clocks, Ltd., along with a check or money order in the amount of $10.00 to cover shipping, handling, and insurance costs. This warranty does not cover any brass hardware, decorative or functional.

This warranty does not cover any clock which, in Bradford's opinion, has been improperly repaired or altered in any way, or which has been subjected to abuse or accident, or has been set up in adverse conditions (for example, near a source of excessive heat or moisture). The clock must be properly packed and protected to insure safe delivery to our plant. No other guarantees are either expressed or implied.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

This product has been manufactured using only the very finest materials and has been thoroughly tested prior to leaving our manufacturing facility.

Howard Miller warrants to the original consumer/purchaser or recipient that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two years from date of purchase. Howard Miller's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing the product with new or renewed components or, at its option, replacing it with a new or renewed product. This warranty does not include damage to product or components resulting from abuse, accident, alteration, climatic/ environmental conditions, damage beyond normal use, freight damage, mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized repair.

HOWARD MILLER DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR ANY IMPLED WARRANTY. IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE IN EFFECT FOR THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE AND THEREAFTER, THERE SHALL BE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE), ON THIS PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or the limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Colibri warrants to the original purchaser that it will repair or replace (at Colibri's option) the Seth Thomas clock due to any manufacturing defect for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Colibri requires proof of original ownership as proof or warranty coverage, and Colibri must receive any claim under this Limited Warranty within one (1) year of purchase. Colibri SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT OR TORT.

2 year no hassle warranty


If your clock stops working within the first 2 years of your purchase, we will repair your clock for free. You do not even have to pay for shipping to get the clock to us (within the 48 continuous States). If you have a warranty case, simply call and describe the problem. Often the solution is so simple, that you can make the necessary adjustments yourself. If the problem is of a more difficult nature, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. You can drop your return package at every UPS location, or give it to a UPS driver. Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling, chains of the wheels or damages caused by clock falling of the wall. Customers outside the 48 continuous states have to pay for shipping themselves, if they need the clock repaired.
