United States Shipment
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. Our shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order, shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination, using USPS and UPS calculators.
In the event there is damage, please contact us immediately or on the next business day so we can file the proper claim with the shipper. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved. A replacement item will be shipped at no cost to you.
International Shipment
International orders are accepted by using the attached order form. After the form has been received by Expressions of Time, it will be reviewed and estimated shipping charges will be calculated. An invoice will be sent to the customer for acceptance of total price. Credit cards information need not be provided until order is accepted.
Customers outside of the U.S. are responsible for all taxes and tariffs required by your country. Expressions of Time does not incorporate additional costs into the price of products offered or shipping charges to cover these extra costs. Free shipping is not available on shipments outside of the U.S.

It is your responsibility to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.
